Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless you offer free shipping.

  • Free Shipping on all orders / on orders over $65

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99

  • Express Shipping: $14.99 USD

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at Jacob@solveracollection.com. We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@solveracollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
